Pre-ordered Harry Potter tickets. Need wizard's hat.

I just pre-ordered tickets to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 at 12:05am on Thursday, November 18th - the opening night.

Most of me is extremely excited - part of me is scared. I can only imagine how many people are going to be there, waiting in line (maybe for hours?) to get the best seats. I told C that we need to get there at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours before the movie starts, but there will be hardcore fans there beforehand. I don’t want to sit on the side! I want a middle seat, darnit! Will this ruin my movie experience? THIS IS HARRY POTTER! I HAVE TO GET IT RIGHT!

I originally wanted to get tickets to IMAX, but all of the middle seats were already sold out and all that was left was the side seats and a few seats down low at the very front, so we purchased tickets for the Hoyts at Southlands instead.

How early do you guys think we need to be there to get a good seat? By “Good” I mean pretty much anything in the upper middle section.

And more importantly - where can I get a cheap wizard’s hat and wand?
